Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship worldwide. Every order includes tracking, and you'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping rates. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size. Any promotional shipping offers will be shown at checkout when active.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During new-release periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer — we'll let you know if there's a delay.

Delivery estimates. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates, not guarantees:

  • United States: typically 7–15 business days after dispatch
  • Europe: typically 7–15 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of world: typically 10–25 business days after dispatch

Packaging. Every model is inspected before dispatch and shipped double-boxed in collector-grade protective packaging, with the manufacturer's box preserved.

Customs, duties, and taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Wrong address / failed delivery. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, and re-shipping fees may apply for parcels returned to us as undeliverable.

Lost or damaged in transit. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your order arrives damaged, email contact@diecasx.com (with photos, for damage, within 48 hours of delivery) and we'll resolve it with a replacement or refund.
