Welcome to DieCasx. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of diecasx.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our store. DieCasx sells diecast model cars and related collectibles. All products are scale models intended for display and collecting; they are not toys for young children and may contain small parts.

2. Eligibility. By using the site you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Products and accuracy. We work to display our models, colors, and specifications as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your screen's display is exact. Scales, liveries, and features are as described by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and correct errors in descriptions or pricing at any time.

4. Prices and payment. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless shown otherwise and may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout. Payment is due at the time of order via the payment methods offered at checkout.

5. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it (for example, for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues). If we cancel an order, you will be refunded in full.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Return and Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property. The DieCasx name, logo, and site content belong to us or our licensors. Vehicle marques and trademarks shown on models belong to their respective owners and are used by the model manufacturers under their own arrangements; DieCasx is not affiliated with or endorsed by any automotive manufacturer.

8. Prohibited use. You may not use the site unlawfully, attempt to breach its security, scrape its content, or infringe others' rights.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability. The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DieCasx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.
