Terms of sale
These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase made on diecasx.com and should be read together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.
1. Ordering. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders affected by pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud; in such cases you will be refunded in full.
2. Prices. All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless another currency is displayed for your region at checkout. The total payable — including shipping and any applicable taxes collected by us — is shown before you confirm your order. Import duties charged by your country are not included (see Shipping Policy).
3. Compare-at prices. Where a crossed-out reference price is displayed, it reflects the product's standard listed price on our store; the price you pay is always the one shown at checkout.
4. Payment. Payment is taken at the time of order through the methods offered at checkout. All payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers.
5. Delivery and risk. Delivery is made to the address you provide at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes once payment is received in full.
6. Availability. Stock levels shown on product pages are indicative. In the rare case an item is oversold or discontinued by the manufacturer, we will contact you promptly with the option of a substitute, backorder, or full refund.
7. Right of return. You may return eligible items within 10 days of delivery as set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Customers in the European Union additionally benefit from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
8. Faulty goods. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights in respect of goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
